A SEPAC is a special education parent advisory council. Every public school district in Massachusetts is required to establish this council. State law assigns an advisory and participatory function to SEPAC's. Memberships is voluntary and offered to PARENTS / CAREGIVERS of children with disabilities who are on 504 and/or IEP plans in the district.

Our Vision

We believe that creating opportunities where parents can support each other, collaborate with education stakeholders and have a voice in education services is vital to deliver effective student programming and reduce isolation and burnout.

Our Mission

Our mission is to continue developing a sense of community, to offer parent education that empowers, and to create channels of communication with the district that offer effective, best practice service delivery to students on 504 and/or IEP plans in the district.
